Riding With Respect

Right now on highways across America motorcycles are sharing the road with cars and trucks. Most drivers don’t even know when a motorcycle is right next to them, which makes for a deadly crash in a lot of cases. There are tons of motorcycles on the road that are so quite you can’t even hear them. So my question is, whose at fault when there’s a crash, the rider, the car driver or the maker of the bike? I don’t know, but I’m sure that Oakland motorcycle accident lawyer Michael Padway could answer that for us. In a motorcycle crash it’s very hard to prove whose at fault. I can remember a few times when I was out driving and almost hit someone on a motorcycle. I never saw him or heard him until the last second. There needs to be a better way to keep everyone safer on the road, because if not there’s going to be more people killed or seriously injured.
